You decide the discovery distance where you want to see the photo-cards, a shorter distance will definitely make you find out more about local events and news that are happening close to you.

Each photo-card gets ranked by everyone. Think Reddit, but with geolocalized photos. When you swipe right, you are taking the photo-card up (you like it), and a swipe left will take it down. Each swipe will rank the photo-cards, and the more ups it gets, the more people will see it next on their own pile of photo-cards.
